This policy explains how Dawn Services LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit junkremovalokc.com, contact us, or book junk removal service in the Oklahoma City area.
Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you use our form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), ZIP code or neighborhood, a description of the items you want removed, and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Online booking. Our online booking form is provided by a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there (such as your name, address, phone, email and appointment details) is collected by that service on our behalf and is also subject to its own privacy policy.
- Calls and texts. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and anything you choose to send, such as photos of your items.
- Service details. When we do a job, we keep records such as the service address, the work done, the price and how you paid.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, which may process device and browser signals for that purpose.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, give you a quote and schedule your appointment.
- To provide the service, including arrival-window confirmations, crew arrival calls and follow-up.
- To take payment and keep business records.
- To protect our site, our customers and our business from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to contact you by text, we will text you about your quote and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, email delivery, phone and texting services, online booking and payment providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Our crews and the companies that perform the work you book with us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. The online booking form is provided by a third-party scheduling service, which has its own cookies and privacy policy. Cloudflare and Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver the site securely and stop bots. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and job records only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete them.
How we protect information
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to customer information is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
Children
This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
